🔊🔊 We are honored to introduce Dr. Yared Z. Zewde, the next speaker of the Parkinson’s 2024 Conference.

🎓 He received his medical degree from Jimma University, College of Health Sciences, Jimma, Ethiopia. Later, he received his neurology specialty certificate from Addis Ababa University. Also, he successfully completed two years of research fellowship training under the MEPI-JF scholarship program between Addis Ababa, Emory, and John Hopkins Universities.

⭐️ He is Assistant Professor and the Head of the Department of Neurology in College of Health Sciences of Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He has been engaged in clinical service, teaching, mentoring and research with a keen interest in stroke medicine, movement disorders, dementia, epilepsy, headache and pain disorders, and clinical neurophysiology.

🧠 He is also the Vice President of the Association of Ethiopian Neurologists (AEN), as well as the Founder & Director of Alzheimer’s Ethiopia.🇪🇹
