🔊🔊 Meet our next speaker, Prof. FÜSUN FERDA ERDOGAN !

📖 She graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. After completing her compulsory duty in Tokat- Artova in Turkey, she completed her neurology specialization training in Erciyes University Neurology Department between 1993-1997. She completed her pediatric neurology subspecialty training at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine between 1998-2001.

⭐️ In 2001, with the support of the Erciyes University administration, she established the Child Neurology Department at the Erciyes University Neurology Department. She received the title of clinical neurophysiology specialist in 2010.

🧠 As a clinical neurophysiologist, her field of work has been EEG and Video-EEG monitoring for 23 years. As a clinician, her main field of study is the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and epilepsy surgery applications.

📃 She has been a member of the Erciyes University Animal Experiments Local Ethics Committee (HADYEK) for 11 years. In addition, she is doing a Ph.D. in the stem cell program at Erciyes University Genome and Stem Cell Center.

💫 She is now a member of the EAN’s Pediatric Neurology scientific panel group. She has been the head of the neuroscience department of the Gevher Nesibe Genome and Stem Cell Institute for 5 years. She has been the moderator of the Child Neurology Working Group of the Turkish Neurological Society for 7 years.
